How can I delete my VIDAA account?

To delete your account please visit my.vidaa.com and login with your credentials. Click “Update” on Account Information and “Delete account” on teh next page. Your account will be deleted.

Does VIDAA Pay accept all currencies?

VIDAA Pay is committed to accepting all currencies that are required to complete the transaction.  That said, the specific currencies that are accepted depend on the VIDAA content providers.

Where can I access my billing information and history?

You can find their current subscriptions by going to your User Profile and then selecting My Subscription > My Purchases. You can also confirm your billing and payment history from your Purchase List by visiting https://my.vidaa.com. 

How do I enroll in VIDAA Pay?

After creating a VIDAA account, visit your User Profile to enroll in VIDAA pay. Securely enter your credit card information, and then start browsing content.
