What are your key markets?

HomeOS (formerly VIDAA OS) is available in more than 155 countries and installed on over 30 million TVs. Key markets include Australia, Mexico, Argentina, and Sub Saharan Africa, with strong presence in the UK, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Central and Eastern Europe, MENA, and several Asia Pacific regions.

Do you ensure backwards compatibility with legacy devices?

HomeOS (formerly VIDAA OS) devices date back to 2014 and vary by hardware platform. Each platform is evaluated individually for compatibility with modern apps and features. We aim to provide the broadest distribution possible while maintaining a high quality user experience.

How are content promotions handled?

Our programming team coordinates with partners to feature content effectively. Some content is delivered through automated APIs, while other content is programmed manually to maximize engagement.

What placement opportunities are available on the platform?

Placement opportunities may include home launcher placement, pre installation in My Apps, App Store presence, main screen content modules, promotion of AVOD content, EPG integration for linear channels, universal search visibility, and remote control button partnerships. These options help increase discoverability and user engagement.

What kind of support do you provide during development?

Each partner receives a dedicated PEM manager supported by technical specialists across continents and time zones. Our R&D center in Qingdao and experts in over 30 countries provide assistance with integration, debugging, and field testing.

What is the integration process like?

When integration begins, a Partner Engagement Manager (PEM) is assigned as your main point of contact. Integration includes technical onboarding, performance testing, metadata integration for universal search, and optional subscription integration with the HomeOS (formerly VIDAA OS) billing system.
