VIDAA Joins CTV Dialogue at NEM Dubrovnik

Denis Oštir, Editor-in-Chief of VIDAA, represented the platform at NEM Dubrovnik, one of Europe’s most influential conferences for the television and media industry. The event brings together broadcasters, streamers, content producers, advertisers, and tech companies for a multi-day program of panels, presentations, and networking focused on the future of content distribution and consumption.

Denis took part in a roundtable panel dedicated to the future of Connected TV (CTV), joining executives from major global platforms, local media groups, and ad tech providers. The session explored key themes such as the rise of FAST channels, the evolving monetization models in CTV, the growing demand for localized content, and the strategic role of operating systems in content discovery. Denis contributed VIDAA’s perspective on building a globally scalable but locally relevant platform, emphasizing the importance of simplicity, smart UI, and content partnerships in user engagement.

Beyond the stage, Denis met with content partners from Central and Eastern Europe and international distributors, reinforcing VIDAA’s growing presence in Europe and discussing future collaboration opportunities across apps, channels, and data-driven content initiatives.

NEM Dubrovnik continues to be a vital forum for engaging with the industry at large, and VIDAA’s presence reflects its increasing relevance in the European smart TV ecosystem.
