VIDAA has expanded its partnership with AfricaXP, adding five more FAST channels to TV Channels across Sub-Saharan African markets.
The new channels are Trigger, Parallel, Limelight Love, Life and Diva, further strengthening the range of free entertainment available across the region.
The launch is important not simply because it increases the number of channels available, but because it supports one of the core principles behind the development of TV Channels: premium content and local relevance need to go hand in hand.
Global content remains an important part of the proposition, but television has always been deeply connected to local cultures, languages, interests and viewing habits. Building a compelling service in Africa therefore requires an offering that combines major international content with programming that feels relevant to audiences across the region.
Our growing relationship with AfricaXP is an important part of achieving that balance.
The five channels are available across supported Sub-Saharan African markets on V-HOME OS U7+ TV models. U6 firmware versions are excluded from this rollout.
