At the inaugural StreamTV Europe conference in Lisbon, leading research firm Omdia announced that VIDAA is projected to become the number three Smart TV operating platform in Europe by the end of 2026.
The announcement was made by Maria Rua Aguete, highlighting two key drivers behind this growth:
- The continued strong performance and market expansion of Hisense
- VIDAA’s successful multi-brand strategy, extending its presence beyond a single OEM partner
This milestone represents a significant validation of V’s long-term strategy to scale globally while building a strong presence in key regional markets such as Europe.
The projection underscores the platform’s increasing relevance in the competitive Smart TV ecosystem and reflects the combined efforts across product, partnerships, and regional expansion teams.
